low season (1 november - 31 march) : £3,500 per week
Mid Season (1 April - 14 June & 16 September - 31 October) : £5,420 per week
High season (15 June - 15 september) : £7,000 per week
£2,000 security deposit required for all bookings. Fully refunded after clear check-out.

Cancellation policy
All bookings are protected by our Covid Refund Policy. Please ask for full details.
Full refund within 72 hours of booking; 50% refund of whole rental fee up to six weeks before arrival date; no refund thereafter. This policy refers to cancellation of the whole booking; partial cancellations are non-refundable.
