Noteworthy...

• Please be advised, enquiries are not confirmed bookings.

• Minimum stay 5 nights.

• No pets allowed.

• Maximum of 10 guests staying overnight. Extra guests allowed only with written permission of the owner.

• Contact Helen and advise her of any special requirements and we shall do our very best to satisfy your needs.

• The price includes meet-and-greet, twice-weekly cleaning, weekly linen change and 24/7 availability of the House Manager in case of problems.

• The tap water is safe to cook with, but has a slightly brackish flavour. Most guests prefer to buy bottled water (there will be a supply left for your first few days), or (like us) collect drinking water free of charge from the Gavrio pump opposite the bakery or the natural spring halfway up the hill.

• The house is on a beach, not in a village, and there are therefore no shops or cafés in the immediate vicinity apart from our local taverna. The closest shops are a 10-15 minute drive away in Gavrio.

• Mobile phone reception at the house is not good. The Wi-Fi service on the other hand is usually reliable.

• No parties or events allowed. We are happy for you to have friends over for a meal, but gatherings of more than 18 people (including guests staying in the house) are only permitted with written permission of the owner.

• For the moment, we are delighted to say Fellos beach has no tourist facilities (eg beach bars, sun-loungers for hire etc). Long may it last....
